  • Can view previously submitted Expenses
  • Can view the status of submitted Expenses
  • Can view balances for Expenses monthly

Manager

  • Can approve/deny submitted Expenses from the team
  • Can pull a report for Expenses submitted by the team
  • Can delegate the task of approving/denying tasks to another member within organization
  • Can set up new users on the Expense App

HR Administrator

  • Can set up new users on the Expense App
  • Can create/edit/delete new Expense Types
  • Can approve/deny submitted Expenses from the organization
  • Can pull a report for Expenses submitted by the organization

Finance Administrator

  • Can create/edit/delete new Expense Types
  • Can approve/deny submitted Expenses from the organization
  • Can pull a report for Expenses submitted by the organization

IT Administrator

  • Can set up organization with the Expense App
  • Can set up users of different types
